ICE RENTAL RATES FOR 2009-2010

MINOR HOCKEY $108.48 HST INC.  FIGURE SKATING $108.48 HST INC

PRIME TIME 7 PM - 11 PM  $137.86 HST INC.

PRIME TIME FROM 11 PM AND AFTER $tba

BEFORE 3 PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY:  $7.00 PER PERSON MINIMUN OF $70.00

SCHOOL SKATING MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9 AM TO 2 PM $99.36 HST INC

PRIVATE SKATING PARTIES ie. BIRTHDAY OR YOUTH GROUPS SUNDAY $110.00 WEEKDAYS $94.00  HST INC.

ddSUMMER RENTAL RATES:

Daily Rates:  $635.00 + HST per day covers one staff for one regular eight hour shift, staff needed after that time will be $15.00 per hour.

Concerts:  Negotiable

Weddings:  Negotiable

Socan:         As per rate

Building Cleanup:  $300.00 + HST per event

Bay Room Rental Per Day:  $100.00 + HST

Ball Hockey Rental:  $60.00 + HST per hour

Ball Hockey Birthday Parties:  Please note weekends and holidays unavailable for Ball Hockey Parties.

A NON-REFUNDABLE  deposit of $500.00 will be required 30 days before scheduled event.  Failure to do so will forfeit contract.  (Payment to be made by Money order, Certified cheque or Cash).

SUPPORT SERVICES AVAILABLE :

Ticket Seller/Taker   $15.00 per hour

Door Attendants:      $15.00 per hour

Security:                     $15.00 per hour

Electrician:                 $40.00 per hour (subject to change)

EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES

Chairs (setup & take down)                   500 - $200.00,  1,000 - $400.00

Tables

Staging:  $15.00 per 4x8 section

Tickets:  Cost plus 10%

Heating of Arena $60.00 per hour

Scissor Jack $50.00 per day rental
