The Bay Arena Association would like to congratulate the
CBN Skating Club in their successful bid to host the
"BMO Skate Canada Newfoundland and Labrador Championships"
CBN Skating Club is hosting the 2010 BMO Skate Canada Newfoundland and Labrador Sectionals Championship
on November 7th 2009 at the Bay Arena in Bay Roberts.
The 2010 BMO Skate Canada Newfoundland and Labrador Sectional Championship, is a very prestigious competition as it is the
qualifying competition for Newfoundland's competitive skaters to move on to Skate Canada's Eastern Challenge to be held in Toronto
this December. From there it's on to Junior Nationals in London Ontario in January. BMO Skate Canada Newfoundland and Labrador
Sectionals Championship showcases the most talented skaters in our Province and a number of skaters from our club and from our area
will be participating.

Important Message regarding the competition:
Due to concerns with H1N1 Skate Canada and Skate NL have scaled back the competition to
only one day of competition. This will be Saturday, Nov. 7, 9:30 am to 12 noon and 1:30 pm to 4 pm.
